What is meant by a partner integration?
Magicline offers you a variety of partner integrations via the Connect API and the Open API, which enable automatic data exchange of master data, course bookings, or training and analysis results via interfaces. Once a provider who is not part of Magicline GmbH connects to Magicline via these interfaces, this counts as a partner integration.
Can I individually add partner integrations?
No, that is currently not possible. Your price package determines the number of possible partner integrations. In Advanced, you have 1 partner integration available, in Pro 2, and in Ultimate 5.
I am already a Magicline customer and would like to switch to a lower price package. Is that possible?
No, that is currently not possible.
The price packages specify a certain number of members? What happens when I reach this number?
If you exceed the number of members in your current price package, an automatic upgrade to the next higher package will be made. This will then give you access to all the features of that package.
Which members are counted by you? Former members or day guests as well?
A person is always counted as a member if they have an active contract. Day guests, prospects, and former members are therefore not included in the calculation.
What exactly is MemberCash?
With MemberCash, we offer you a premium service from our subsidiary Finion Capital, which is fully integrated into Magicline. This optimizes your fee management and ensures that you have your full membership fees in your account on the day of the direct debit – even those of delinquent members. This saves you time and money, as we take care of everything from direct debits to return debits to dunning processes for you.
Do I have to switch to Magicline by myself or do I get support from you?
You can choose freely. From the Basic price package onwards, you can add a starter package, with which we will help you through webinars, training content during the migration and setup of your Magicline. In addition, our Help center is available to you at all times, where you will receive assistance with all important functions and steps. From the Basic price package onwards, our support is also available to you.
What is included in the starter package?
With the starter package, you will receive lots of assistance for the migration and setup of your Magicline. You have access to webinars and automated training content to facilitate the switch.
Can I individually add features from the price packages?
No, that is currently not possible. Your chosen price package determines the features you can use for your studio success.
Are my data secure in Magicline?
Yes! The data processing agreement (DPA) concluded with our customers clearly states that your data may not be sold and belong exclusively to you. We naturally comply with all requirements of the GDPR. You can decide for yourself whether the Magicline support can access your data or not. We work with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) structure with many data centers. In addition, the data is stored on servers in Ireland and Germany. Both countries are subject to European data protection law.
