Manage your leads in Magicline

Magicline offers you a clear dashboard with which you can easily manage all your leads and your member recovery. Referral programs in order to attract more people are also available.

Manage your leads in a single dashboard

With Magicline, we provide you with your own dashboard for your leads - i.e. your prospects. You can configure this dashboard according to your wishes. Determine the process that a lead goes through with you.

You can create a lead manually in your Magicline and enter all the necessary data. If you use our offer for online member recruitment, your leads will automatically be dispalyed in your Magicline. You can also set up a notification rule that will automatically send a welcome email when a new lead is created.

You can always see exactly where your lead is in the process. For example, have you already contacted them by email, has an appointment been made, etc.? With a simple drag-and-drop system, you can easily move the file card created for the lead in the process. At the end, you mark the lead as “won” or “lost”.

Recover lost members

But you can not only manage new leads and convert them with Magicline. Members who have cancelled their membership or are about to terminate their membership for example, are automatically listed in a separate dashboard. There you can see directly which member you need to contact.

You can define the conditions under which these members should be pushed to this dashboard. For example, define that they appear in this dashboard when their membership is expiring within the next 30 days.

You can then assign these members to a staff member who needs to take care of their recovery. Similar to your leads, you also define a process for member recovery. This way you can always see exactly what stage the talks are at. Once the process has been completed, you indicate whether the member has been won back, lost or whether he or she should not be processed further for certain reasons.

Growth through recommendations

A referral program can help you to get new leads. That’s why we have also built a function for this in Magicline. It makes sense to start a “bring-a-friend” campaign for example. You can determine the validity period and who can participate in the promotion. If you start a referral program, it will also be presented directly on MySports.com. Your members even have a pre-defined message available that they can easily share with their training partner after booking.

Another possibility to convert leads is the so-called “Buddy card”. The buddy card program is tied individually to a member, who is eligible to receive an extra check-in card for their training partner upon arrival in the studio. The buddy has to check in directly after your member and the member naturally shows their buddy around the studio. When collecting the buddy card after check-out, you have the opportunity to talk to the prospective member about membership options.
