You can create, edit and manage everything from rates to membership contracts and cancellations in your Magicline. With just a few clicks, you can create the individual membership contract for your new member from your saved rates.
Flexible membership structure in Magicline
To create your membership offers easily, define your rates in advance. To do this, create a rate of your choice and, if desired, link it to your additional services or packages. Because you can combine the rate directly with your extras, you don’t run the risk of forgetting them later when you create your membership contract. You also save a lot of time because you don’t have to select each additional service separately.
When creating the rate, you can of course enter the term, payment method, cancellation periods, general terms and conditions, etc. If you are currently running a marketing campaign - e.g. a summer campaign - you can also assign the rate to these campaigns and later evaluate how many memberships were generated.
You can assign your memberships to one location or make them available to several studios across facilities.
Signing a membership with just a few clicks
Magicline offers you various options for signing memberships. You can create a new membership directly in the software via the member file. Alternatively, you can use the integrated sales tool of Magicline on a tablet for example. This allows you to explain all the offers while navigating through the sales process. You can finalize the sales by letting the member sign the membership contract digitally. This makes your work much easier.
The signed contract is then either sent to the member as an attachment by email or you print it out and give it directly to the member.
Manage cancellations easily
To keep track of why a member cancels, you can assign a reason to each incoming cancellation. For this purpose, a selection of reasons created by us is already available in Magicline. Of course, you can also customize this list. If you want your member to be able to cancel via the Self-Service, they can choose between selected reasons there as well.
If you receive a cancellation, e.g. by email or mail, you can enter it in the member file.
The end date of the membership is automatically determined by Magicline based on the cancellation period defined in the contract. You also do not have to remember to send a cancellation confirmation. You can just define a notification rule in your communication center which automatically sends the cancellation confirmation by email.
