Simplified staff and class planning

In order to plan your staff across facilities and work efficiently, you can assign different roles, user rights and facilities to each employee. The professional competences of each employee can also be saved to plan smart. In Magicline, you can also assign different work areas to the respective facilities - even to several facilities. Since Magicline is cloud-based, your employees can access the software and do their administrative tasks from anywhere.

With one click Magicline can display members of either one facility, facilities of a region or all your facilities. This way you very easily always have an overview of your members and can address them specifically.

All numbers of your facilities at a glance

In Magicline, all important figures for your facilities are displayed at a glance in a clear dashboard. For example, you can track the development of your membership figures in one or more facilities in our easy to read graphs. Even if you have selected several facilities for display, you will always see the results for the individual facility.

If you want to look at the turnover of memberships, the same function is available. In a coloured bar chart you can see which memberships were concluded in which studio.

In the overview of sales in your studio, you can also select the facilities for which you want to see the data. See which products sell particularly well at which facilities and optimize your sales accordingly.
