With the integrated digital cash register (TSE), you can sell products, vouchers, consumption credits, services or day tickets to your members with just a few clicks. Daily cash balances and a cash journal also make your accounting easier.
Set up your cash register to sell your products and services
For your digital cash register, you can define and create the products and services you want to sell via Magicline. For example, create your products including VAT and deposit for drinks. You can also assign variants to a product so that you do not have to create several products. For example, if you have a protein shake in several flavours, you only have to define one product with the corresponding variants.
You can also offer vouchers and consumption credits for sale via the digital cash register. Set these options, define the amount and the period in which the vouchers and credits can be spent.
Of course, you can also charge for your services via the digital cash register. Be it ticket allotments, such as 10-tickets, or day tickets and class tickets. Decide for yourself what you want to offer for sale.
Fast sales for more revenue
Once your produtcs and services have been created, you can simply select them in your digital cash register. They will then be automatically added to your shopping cart and can be purchased. If you would like to grant a discount, you can specify a shopping basket discount in your checkout, which will then be applied to the total amount. You can also take the deposit return into account directly there. You can also link the sale directly to the member. The system then automatically checks whether the member has a consumption credit. This is then taken into account directly in the sales process.
Your buyer can pay for the sale in cash or choose payment by credit card. The option “Pay later” is also available. If your member does not have his money with him, you can still enable him to make the purchase. The open position is never forgotten because the system automatically reminds you that the member still has to pay the amount.
Accounting made easy
In the sales area of Magicline, you can record all your cash deposits and withdrawals as well as your operating expenses. With just a few clicks, you can also create your cash journal.
To do this, you enter the cash balance into your Magicline. The system checks your entry and compares it with the amount determined by Magicline. This is calculated on the basis of your transactions in the cash register. If there is a difference, you can automatically book it as income or expense in the cash register. The overview of all your cash transactions and your cash journal with all transactions is also available as an export.
Another highlight: Magicline automatically keeps a digital cash book that you can export in compliance with the GoBD and present to a financial audit or your tax advisor, for example. The data in the cash book cannot be edited or deleted and is therefore forgery-proof.
