In order to plan your staff across facilities, you can assign different roles, authorisations and facilities to each employee so that they can actively work with Magicline. The professional competences can also be stored here and used for further planning. In your Magicline, you can also assign the different work areas to the respective facilities - even to several facilities. Since Magicline is cloud-based, your employees can also access the software from anywhere and carry out their administrative tasks.
You can also configure class scheduling centrally for multiple facilities. You can assign different classes to different studios depending on which classes you want to offer at each facility.

View the members of one or more facilities in your Magicline or have all members of all facilities displayed directly. This way, you always have an overview of your members and can address them specifically.

The situation is similar with the membership creation. You can decide for yourself whether you want to create different memberships for your different facilities or not. When creating the membership, simply define for which facilities it should be valid.

For example, you can quickly and easily track the development of your membership figures in one or more facilities using graphical representations.
